You have at least 4 years of relevant work experience as a lawyer within liability law and preferably also within insurance law.
You switch easily between different files and feel at home at the intersection of private law, administrative law, and criminal law.
You can explain complex legal issues clearly, both orally and in writing.
You possess commercial insight and know how to build professional client relationships.
You take responsibility for your own development and enjoy contributing to the success of the team.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

A salary between €5,804 and €8,405 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience, based on 40 hours per week. Supplemented with excellent secondary benefits, including 28 vacation days, study leave days, and two fixed leave days.

The role

You will start as an associate lawyer within the Liability, Insurance & Damage (AV&S) section, where you will work for governments, healthcare institutions, insurers, and companies. You will be given significant responsibility, handle complex files, and further develop yourself within a practice that intersects with administrative and criminal law.

What you'll do

You will work for government agencies, healthcare institutions, (international) insurers, brokers, and (international) companies.
You will advise clients on liability and insurance law issues and handle diverse files, including workplace accidents, occupational diseases, personal injury, insurance matters, and government liability.
You will contribute to procedural and case strategies and work on judicial proceedings, subrogation issues, and damage settlements.
Together with colleagues, you will continue to build the practice, actively share knowledge, and brainstorm legal issues and files.
You will take responsibility for your own professional development and contribute to the further growth and quality of the AV&S section.
