Realizing customer agreements, optimizing planning, and further developing the team: as a Senior Planner Retail at Centric, you combine operational control with the ambition to grow into a leadership role.

At Centric, we specialize in providing fast and effective technical support to our customers. We focus on resolving malfunctions and providing high-quality service, with meeting our contractual agreements being central. Smart planning, the right priorities, and good cooperation between planning and our Field Service Engineers are indispensable in this regard.

As a Senior Planner within the Retail & Logistics division, you are responsible for coordinating and optimizing the daily planning of service incidents and urgent project assignments for our customers in the retail sector. You ensure that our Field Service Engineers are deployed efficiently and that the right employee is at the right customer at the right time. In this way, you contribute directly to achieving our contractual agreements and the quality of our service.

You are an experienced planner who maintains an overview, switches gears quickly, and makes the right decisions even under pressure. In unexpected situations, you take the lead, set priorities, and look for practical solutions. Additionally, you look beyond the daily operation: you identify bottlenecks, think along about process improvements, and help raise the level of cooperation within the team, where A.I. will become an essential part of the daily activities.

In this role, you will also be given the space to further develop towards a leadership position. You will take on increasing responsibility in daily management, support colleagues with complex planning issues, and contribute to the development of the team. With this, you lay the foundation for a possible next step as a Team Leader.

• Coordinating and optimizing the daily planning of service incidents and/or project assignments, with an eye for occupancy rates, travel times, and customer agreements.

• Acting as the substantive point of contact for planners, customers, and Field Service Engineers and supporting colleagues in complex situations.

• Monitoring the progress, quality, and results of the planning and making timely adjustments when agreements are under pressure.

• Identifying structural bottlenecks and initiating improvements in work processes, cooperation, and efficiency.

• Contributing to good team dynamics by sharing knowledge, guiding colleagues, and setting a good example.

• Thinking along about the further professionalization of the planning and translating operational challenges into concrete improvement actions.

• Gaining experience step-by-step with coordinating and leadership tasks as preparation for a possible growth into Team Leader.
