  • Scheduling periodic maintenance and safety inspections (APK) for the internal fleet (means of transport) to guarantee maximum trip capacity and availability.
  1. Route Optimization & Dynamic Adjustment
  • Learning to work with automated planning software to geographically bundle orders and optimize trip capacity.
  • Under supervision, integrating urgent requests (e.g., acute oxygen or infusion installations) into active trip schedules.
  • Updating planning appointments for repeat orders, maintenance services, and collection orders.
  • Calling upon transport capacity from external carriers and couriers when the maximum capacity of the internal fleet is reached, in order to safeguard the continuity of patient care.
  1. System Management & Administrative Processing
  • Processing daily order flows between ERP systems (MS Dynamics NAV / Business Central) and Salesforce CRM.
  • Checking delivery notes, intake forms, and driver registrations in mobile PDA systems.
  • Maintaining master data in the planning system to ensure error-free trip construction.
  • Issuing, completing, and carefully archiving mandatory physical transport documents and ADR papers (dangerous goods) for medical gases and devices.
  1. Quality, SLAs & Laws and Regulations
  • Contributing to the achievement of operational SLA objectives for patient requests.
  • Working according to the Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines for medical equipment and medical gases.
  • Complying with privacy legislation (AVG/GDPR) and the Dutch Working Hours Act.

Education & Experience

  • Education: MBO level 4 or HBO working and thinking level (towards Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport, or Business Administration).
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in transport planning, dispatching, logistics administration, or customer service. Starters/Recent graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.

Technical & System Skills

  • Computer and Excel skills: Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel basic functions/VLOOKUP) and a fast learning ability for new software systems.
  • Systems: Experience with or interest in ERP/CRM systems (MS Dynamics NAV / Salesforce) and planning packages (Ritplan, Routine, Ortec, PTV, Quintiq) is a plus.

Soft Skills & Communication

  • Languages: Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
  • Personality: Stress-resistant, solution-oriented, accurate, and communicative.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Effectively communicating with internal teams (HCC, Account Managers, Warehouse, Patient Care Management) and external partners (Patients, Nursing Homes, Couriers, Subcontractors).
