Senior HR Advisor (external position)

• A gross monthly salary between €4,352.- and €6,683.- excluding 8% holiday allowance, depending on experience and education.

As a Senior HR Advisor, you apply your experience at various Moore MKW clients. No organization and no HR issue is the same. It is precisely this variety that makes your work interesting.

You:

• guides clients through diverse HR issues, for example regarding inflow, development, performance, and organizational change;

• analyzes HR issues and translates them into practical and well-founded advice;

• is a strong interlocutor for management and directors and dares to give advice based on your expertise;

• works on projects regarding, among other things, job and compensation structures, organizational development, and the professionalization of HR processes;

• applies your knowledge of labor law, HR processes, HR instruments, and interviewing skills to both project-based and ad-hoc assignments;

• builds sustainable client relationships and, from your commercial perspective, identifies where Moore MKW can help clients even further;

• regularly visits clients on-site in the Bussum and Amersfoort area and serves as a visible and accessible point of contact there.
