• You independently prepare more complex tax advice.

• You are responsible for the technical accuracy and relevance of the advice provided.

• You are the first point of contact for the internal and external client and discuss advice with them.

• You coordinate the tax advisory assignments and deploy and manage junior colleagues.

• You are responsible for the correct execution of assignments on time, budget, and quality.

• You are responsible for an optimal working atmosphere and motivation within the team.

• You guide less experienced colleagues in their substantive activities and their development.

• You translate new developments within your field of expertise into working methodologies.

In your work, you will deal with a wide diversity of clients: from small businesses to large international organizations. • 30 vacation days (on a full-time basis), with the option to purchase 10 additional days. This ensures you have enough time to enjoy yourself outside of work as well.

• You receive a travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer for commuting and for trips to clients, and for office-to-office trips you receive €0.34 per kilometer.

• An iPhone and a laptop from us to enable you to perform your work, plus an internet allowance of €50 net per month (on a full-time basis).

• Attention to personal development: together with your buddy, you will find your way within our organization, you can make use of a study scheme, and we will automatically enroll you in our Young Professional Program.
