The role

As an audit lead, a love for financial processes and analyses is in your DNA. Ambitious clients and complex figures? It can never be ambitious or complex enough for you. Quality of service and the ability to apply laws and regulations are requirements for you. Like no other, you know how to motivate teams, retain people, and monitor deadlines together!

What you'll do

You are able to design, plan, and supervise complex audit activities.
You fathom complex situations and solve them practically.
In doing so, you ensure the timely completion of projects and the finalization of the file and any reports (within budget).
You complete the audits professionally and document them in accordance with professional standards.
You are able to prepare quality control measures at the engagement level for the signing accountant.
You ensure that your own productivity and that of the entire group is at the required level.
You are the project-responsible point of contact for the client.
You are responsible for the supervision of the assistants.
You actively bring attention to cross-selling opportunities that could add value for the client and follow up on these.
