Payroll Consultant Extern

As a Payroll Consultant at Newtone, you are a reliable advisor for our clients. You provide support for payroll administration and contribute to efficient and correct processing. You work in a structured manner and have a good understanding of payroll processing, laws and regulations, and process optimization. In this role, you work together with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth and error-free payroll processing. What makes this position special is that you mostly work on external payroll assignments, where you make use of the client's own full payroll and software environment.

In your role as a Payroll Consultant, you are responsible for supporting and executing payroll administrations. You offer clients operational and tactical support and help them with questions regarding payroll administration and processes. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and contribute to optimizations within payroll processing. Because you often work in the client's systems, flexibility and the ability to quickly master new software environments are essential. Additionally, you work closely with senior consultants and other specialists to serve clients as well as possible.

• Processing and checking payroll administrations for various clients.
• Answering client questions regarding payroll processing and laws and regulations.
• Supporting the optimization of payroll processes and the setup of payroll software.
• Analyzing payroll data and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with senior consultants and other team members to improve service delivery.
