Campus recruiter - North Region

No two days are the same as a Campus Recruiter at Moore MKW, and that is what makes it so much fun! One day you are at an event among hundreds of students, the next day you are conducting an offer interview or aligning recruitment needs with the business. You are the face of Moore MKW for students, young professionals, and study associations in the north, from Zwolle to Groningen and Emmen. Do you want to attract, engage, and retain talent?

You put Moore MKW on the map for young talent and know exactly who fits with us. This is what it looks like:

• You search for and find the right candidates in the Northern Netherlands (for our offices in Zwolle, Meppel, Emmeloord, Groningen, Assen, and Emmen) and guide and coordinate from application to contract.

• You are present at on-site interviews together with the hiring manager, whom you also advise throughout the entire recruitment process.

• You coordinate with hiring managers regarding which vacancies have priority and advise them on the approach.

• You build strong ties with colleges, universities, and study associations.

• You ensure an inspiring presence at events: your enthusiasm is infectious.

• You manage the talent pool and keep candidates and colleagues engaged with 100-day conversations, so that you also build valuable relationships in the long term.

• Through projects, you continue to develop yourself and discover how we can design our processes more smartly and effectively.

You work closely with the corporate recruiter and can be found at various locations in the north of the Netherlands. Additionally, you work together with recruiters from other regions, with whom you have a collaboration day twice a month: once in Zwolle and once at another location in the Netherlands. You are frequently on the road and cover quite a few kilometers. In between, there is plenty of online contact to share knowledge and brainstorm with one another. You will join a young and sociable team of four corporate recruiters, three campus recruiters, an intern, and a recruitment manager.

You have a passion for people and bring that to your work. You:

• Have a completed education in business administration, HRM, higher hotel management, or a similar field;

• Get energy from recruiting and retaining talent;

• Work independently and yet feel at home in a close-knit and sociable team;

• Radiate enthusiasm and you easily approach people and engage in conversation;

• Know how to handle matters decisively and proactively.
