We are looking for someone who knows daily HR practice and has sufficient experience to advise managers independently. You don't need to have an immediate answer for everything, but you do know how to approach an issue and when to coordinate with colleagues.

Are you an HR Advisor who enjoys working independently, advising managers, and staying close to employees? At VDK Groep, you will be responsible for the daily HR support of five independent installation companies in the Rotterdam region.

On average, you will be present at each company one day per week. You know the people, know what is happening, and are the trusted point of contact for HR for management, leaders, and employees.

You will receive a great deal of independence, but you won't be standing alone. For strategic issues and complex situations, you will work closely with the regional HR Business Partner.

As an HR Advisor, you ensure that HR is well-organized within your five companies. You advise managers, guide personnel issues, and ensure that agreements and HR processes are actually implemented.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Advising managers on absenteeism, performance, employment conditions, and personnel issues.

• Guiding absenteeism files and coordinating with the parties involved.

• Supporting the inflow, internal movement, development, and outflow of employees.

• Applying and further improving HR policies and personnel processes.

• Identifying bottlenecks within the companies and advising on practical solutions.

• Monitoring correct personnel administration and working with HR data.

• Collaborating with the HR Business Partner on regional HR projects and improvements.
