Assistant accountant audit - Deventer

As an assistant accountant audit at Moore MKW, you will join a close-knit and experienced team. You will be given the space to further develop your talents and ambitions and to follow the training to become an RA accountant. You will apply your knowledge directly in practice with our regional, national, and international clients. When will you start?

At this moment we have no immediate openings, but if you apply, you will enter our talent pool. As soon as there is space within our audit practice, we will contact you. You will work at least two days per week, with the possibility to work more hours during holidays or quiet study weeks. You will discover how things really work in audit and lay a beautiful foundation for your career. You will earn a nice extra income, learn in practice, and immediately build a valuable network.

• You independently perform less complex audit tasks and apply our methodology in doing so.

• You have an eye for time and thereby budget monitoring.

• You identify opportunities to audit 'smartly' and identify improvements.

• You recognize opportunities for cross-selling and additional work and escalate these to more experienced colleagues.

The team in Deventer is young, sociable, and involved. We have an active staff association that, in addition to the Christmas party and summer drinks, also regularly organizes outings: from padel to a cocktail workshop. There is plenty of room for personal guidance; in addition to the standard development program offered by Moore MKW, personal wishes and development are also considered. In Deventer, we serve a large diversity of clients: think of trade and production, but also supermarkets and service providers. Up to the level of audit supervisor, you will be deployed as broadly as possible so that you have the space to discover which clients and sectors suit you best. 

• A gross monthly salary between €3,009.- and €4,921.- excluding 8% holiday allowance, depending on experience and education.

• 30 vacation days (on a full-time basis), where you have the option to purchase 10 additional days. This way you have enough time to enjoy yourself outside of work as well

• A lease car to drive effortlessly to clients and offices, which you may also use privately

• An iPhone and a laptop from us to perform your work, plus an internet allowance of €50,- net per month (on a full-time basis)

• You have completed a degree in HBO Accountancy or Business Economics, or WO Technical Business Administration or Business Administration. (Or another comparable degree.)

• You have a strong affinity with ICT and IT applications in audit practice.

• You have strong oral and written skills.

• You love collaborating and enjoy working in a close-knit team. Also with and for clients.

• You are curious and eager to learn and have the ambition to become an RA accountant.

• You are practically minded and enjoy an informal working atmosphere.

• You are proactive, strive for optimal quality, and are result-oriented.
