• A gross monthly salary between €3,812 and €6,002, excluding 8% holiday allowance, depending on experience and education.

• You receive a travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer for commuting and for trips to clients, and for office-to-office trips you receive €0.34 per kilometer.

• A non-contributory pension, in which you have the opportunity to save extra.

• 30 vacation days (on a full-time basis), with the option to purchase an additional 10 days.

• An iPhone and a laptop from us to enable you to perform your work, plus an internet allowance of €50 net per month (on a full-time basis).

As a (Senior) Business Controller at Moni, you are the sparring partner for various SMEs. You understand the dynamics of service provision and know how to effectively manage your own client portfolio. A tightly organized month-end closing gives you energy.

Your added value lies not only in accurate figures, but precisely in the insights behind them. You translate data into clear management information and make this visible in online dashboards. You are the director of the financial process for your clients. You combine substantive financial control with strategic business control.

• Sparring partner: Every month, you sit at the table (or online) with the entrepreneur to discuss financial and operational performance and steer based on KPIs.

• Reporting & Dashboards: You prepare management information and continuously develop this in online dashboards.

• Quality & Planning: You monitor the progress and quality of the work within your portfolio and ensure a tight month-end closing and correct VAT returns.

• Accountancy reconciliation: You take care of annual account files that are of high quality and ready for immediate compilation by the accountant.

• Team coordination: You lead client teams, guide colleagues, and monitor the output.

• Process optimization: You proactively identify opportunities for improvement at the client and implement efficiency gains and technological innovations in the financial processes.
