Senior Business Controller Advisory & BEC

• University degree (WO) in Business Economics, Accountancy, Finance & Control (for example, RC or RA).

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in business control and/or accountancy.

• Experience within a PE-driven organization is a plus – or the ambition to excel in this.

• Strong analytical skills, experience with tools such as Power BI, Excel, and ERP systems.

• Proactive attitude, strong in stakeholder management and persuasiveness toward management and investors.

• Knowledge of IFRS, Dutch GAAP, and internal control systems.

Within Baker Tilly, you will play a key role in the further development of our fast-growing Advisory practice. You are not only responsible for financial steering, but you also actively help to provide direction to commercial choices, investment decisions, and strategic growth. In doing so, you work closely with partners, directors, and management and find yourself in the middle of the decision-making process.

You will receive responsibility for our Advisory Business Unit, consisting of nine specialized advisory practices. This is the business unit with the greatest growth potential within Baker Tilly and is an important pillar in our strategic ambitions. The combination of strong growth, entrepreneurship, and diverse business models ensures a challenging environment in which your analyses and advice deliver directly visible results.

Additionally, you will be involved in organization-wide projects from the Business Expert Center (BEC) and fulfill the role of BEC controller, in which you make an active contribution to further professionalization, process optimization, and strategic initiatives.
