Relationship Manager Accountancy - Veenendaal

As a relationship manager, you are the best financial advisor your clients could wish for! You know exactly what is on their minds and which challenges, opportunities, and risks they must anticipate. You advise and guide SME entrepreneurs in the region in achieving their ambitions. Digitalization, automation, and data analysis are—alongside, of course, your great pleasure in working (together) with people—indispensable in your role as a relationship manager. You will work from our cozy, small-scale office in Veenendaal with approximately 18 colleagues. Besides work, there is plenty of room for fun and we offer you various opportunities to continue developing yourself.

• You coordinate and plan activities in a timely manner and distribute responsibilities optimally among the assistant accountants.

• You set clear collective and individual goals.

• You ensure the client is familiar with the setup, desired input, and planning.

• You ensure that your own productivity and that of the entire group is at the required level.

• You are responsible for the guidance of the assistants.

• You maintain regular, good contact with your clients, enabling you to profile yourself as their trusted advisor.

• You ensure that you stay informed about developments at the client and show your involvement, so that the client enjoys brainstorming with you.

• You actively bring cross-selling opportunities to light that could add value for the client and follow up on these.

• A gross monthly salary between €3,812 and €6,002 excluding 8% holiday allowance, depending on experience and education.

• You receive a travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer for commuting and for trips to clients, and for office-to-office trips you receive €0.34 per kilometer.

• A non-contributory pension, in which you have the opportunity to save extra.

• 30 vacation days (on a full-time basis), with the option to purchase 10 additional days. This helps you maintain a beautiful balance between work and private life.

• An iPhone and a laptop from us to enable you to perform your work, plus an internet allowance of €50 net per month (on a full-time basis).

• Annually, you can order sports items or clothing for €75 via our own webshop to promote your vitality.

• You possess the AA title (or have at least completed the theoretical part of the studies) and/or have relevant work experience.

• You love working with people and numbers and have an interest in digitalization.

• With your technical expertise, you contribute to the development of the accountancy department.

• As a leader, you are someone who directs, provides direction, motivates, and stimulates. You also give people the space and appreciation they need to further develop themselves.

• You are critical and analytical, work accurately, and perform tasks with high quality within the applicable laws and regulations.

• You have good communication and commercial skills.

• You enjoy working with digital tools and know how important it is to continue developing yourself in this area.

• You have the ambition to continue developing yourself as a person and a professional.
