• You perform challenging compilation work independently or largely independently

• You set up financial administrations carefully and efficiently

• You prepare annual accounts and monitor the quality of the file

• You record findings in accordance with laws and regulations

• You prepare the content of advisory services and actively contribute ideas

• You maintain independent contact with clients and keep them well informed

• You act as the daily point of contact and trusted advisor

• You are a coach and role model for colleagues in earlier job levels

• You identify advisory, additional work, and cross-selling opportunities and coordinate these with colleagues
