Senior Tax Advisory Manager Amsterdam

As a Senior Tax Advisory Manager at Moore MKW Amsterdam, you will fulfill a substantive and people-oriented advisory role within our tax practice. With your extensive advisory experience, you will be an experienced sparring partner for entrepreneurs, SMEs, large corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals.

You work integrally: you oversee the big picture and bring calm, interpretation, and quality to tax issues. In this role, you make a difference at moments that truly matter to clients. Clients value you for your diligence, technical depth, and personal approach. You contribute to the commercial growth of the tax practice with the entire team, but you do not need to constantly 'score' commercially yourself; your strength lies in sustainable relationship management and good advice.

Within the team, you are a natural mentor and trainer for young tax talent. You actively contribute to the further development of the tax team in Amsterdam and work closely with fellow advisors and accountants from the Amsterdam office and within the broader Moore network.

• You are responsible for the execution and coordination of high-quality tax advisory services for entrepreneurs, SMEs, large corporate clients, and private clients

• You monitor the technical quality and diligence of the work performed

• You act as the primary point of contact and sparring partner for clients

• You oversee files, set priorities, and monitor deadlines

• You guide and develop (junior) tax advisors and actively share your knowledge and experience

• You are visible to clients and the network, in a way that suits you

• You think along about the further organization and growth of the tax practice in Amsterdam

Commercial activities are part of the role, but the emphasis lies on quality, collaboration, and relationships.

You will work from our Amsterdam office in the NDSM area: an inspiring, easily accessible location just above the IJ. The office is bright, modern, and has an open layout, breathing an atmosphere of collaboration, quality, and enjoyment in work.

The team in Amsterdam is compact, involved, and professional. We know each other well, have lunch together, share knowledge, and help each other where necessary. Team outings are organized regularly. • A gross monthly salary between € 5,849 and € 9,406, excluding 8% holiday allowance, depending on experience and education.
