A gross monthly salary between € 3,812 and € 6,002, excluding 8% holiday allowance, depending on experience and education.

The role

Are you an experienced tax advisor with leadership ambitions? Do you want to not only make a substantive difference, but also help build the growth of our office in Lelystad as a member of the MT? Then this is your next step.

As a senior tax advisor, you will work on challenging and diverse fiscal issues for regional SME and SME+ clients. You are a sparring partner for entrepreneurs, the first point of contact for clients and colleagues, and you provide direction to the tax team. In our region, 35 tax specialists work together, strengthening one another. In this process, everyone's knowledge and experience is utilized so that our clients are optimally served.

Together with representatives from accountancy and audit, you form the MT and actively contribute to the further development of the office.

You work in a close-knit team where doors are open and lines are short. Not an anonymous organization, but a permanent place within a professional environment in which collaboration and knowledge sharing are central.

What you'll do

Advising SME and SME+ clients on complex fiscal issues;
Leading and coaching colleagues within the tax team;
Helping to build client relationships and commercial growth;
Coordinating advisory assignments and monitoring quality, planning, and budget;
Making an active contribution to the further development of the tax advisory practice.

Who you are and what you bring

You have at least 6 years of relevant work experience, a university-level (WO) background, and combine substantive depth with entrepreneurship and leadership. You take initiative, are service-oriented, and get energy from collaborating and further expanding a practice.
