Requirements
What we're looking for
You are an enthusiastic and ambitious junior doctor with demonstrable interest in radiology. You possess good social and communication skills. We find it important that you are a team player. A valid BIG registration is a requirement at the start of employment, as is a Certificate of Good Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag). You have sufficient protection against Hepatitis B.
The role
In both ZGT and MST, we offer the full training to become a radiologist, whereby the third year of training takes place at the UMC Groningen. In ZGT and MST, 9 AIOS and 1 ANIOS work within radiology. This means there is always someone who can spar with you about training issues. In the scientific field, there is collaboration with the University of Twente. MRON offers, among other things, regional education and regional referral evenings where knowledge can be fully shared, as well as various social activities.
As an ANIOS, you work within a specific medical specialty, where you gain targeted experience. When care requires it, you can also be deployed flexibly within other fields. In this way, you develop both in depth and breadth to become an agile and valuable physician.
