As a Supply Chain Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring that logistical flows run optimally. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our customers, business partners, and other stakeholders are satisfied. In addition to your daily activities, you will also bring structure to operational processes and play an important role in process optimization.

Here is a glimpse of your tasks:

• Monitoring, checking, executing, and providing advice regarding all relevant importer processes.

• You ensure the management and maintenance of all relevant master data.

• Processing and managing purchase orders and shipped vehicles in SAP.

• Managing international transports.

• The importation of vehicles within the EU and ensuring the declarations for these with Customs/Tax Authorities;

• Monitoring and adjusting exchange rates in SAP for the purpose of outstanding purchase orders.

• Managing Letters of Credit at the bank.

• Developing improvement suggestions into concrete, structural, and workable end-to-end solutions and, together with your fellow team members, ensuring a successful implementation.

You are not only eager to learn but also continuously seek improvement. You dare to share your ideas and opinions and you know how to create support. Additionally, you are proactive, entrepreneurial, result-oriented, and meticulous. You think in opportunities instead of limitations and oversee the entire chain.

Furthermore, you possess:

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level.

• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role (preferably in automotive).

• Knowledge of supply chain processes in combination with SAP and Master Data Management in SAP.

• A good command of the Dutch and English languages.

• A salary between €4100 and €5000 based on 40 hours, tailored to your knowledge and experience.

• You receive 25 vacation days per year (based on full-time employment) and have the possibility to purchase up to two extra working weeks. This allows you to fill your free time flexibly.
