The Supply Chain Performance Analyst is responsible for proactively monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing supply chain performance and translating data into clear insights that support decision-making and steering.
In this role, you act as the analytical hub within the end-to-end supply chain. You connect data, planning, and decision-making, working closely with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and Operations. Based on your analyses, you provide steering information that contributes to both tactical and strategic choices within the organization.
Monitoring and analyzing end-to-end supply chain performance from a control tower role
Identifying disruptions, risks, and capacity issues and performing exception management and scenario analyses
Preparing and supporting S&OP/IBP processes and translating analyses into well-founded decision-making
Reviewing and challenging demand forecasts, supply plans, and ordering advice for strategic suppliers
Monitoring and optimizing the balance between demand and supply, inventory levels, service levels, and planning parameters
Developing, managing, and improving KPI dashboards and reports (including OTIF, service level, forecast accuracy, inventory, and working capital)
Translating data and analyses into clear insights, business impact, and management advice
Initiating and supporting improvement projects focused on stability, predictability, and process optimization within the supply chain
Managing and optimizing systems and planning parameters (including Slim4 and SAP S/4HANA) as a key user
Connecting Supply Chain with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Operations and actively contributing to performance reviews and stakeholder meetings
