What will you do?

• As a Supply Chain Manager, you ensure that the right parts are available on time for our VDL Coach locations in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Macedonia. You are the central link between suppliers, Procurement, and our production sites.

• Monitoring material availability, stocks, and lead times.
• Actively following up on critical and overdue deliveries.
• Identifying and resolving material shortages and supply chain risks.
• Coordinating logistical goods flows between suppliers and plants.
• Monitoring supplier performance and Supply Chain KPIs.
• Aligning with Procurement, suppliers, and the various production sites.
• Continuously improving delivery reliability, inventory levels, and efficiency.

• Willingness to travel regularly to other Coach locations.

• You are a proactive and result-oriented Supply Chain professional who acts quickly and takes responsibility.
• You maintain an overview, set the right priorities, and actively seek solutions when material availability or deliveries come under pressure.
