Your role
-
Provide the ultimate shopping experience as a customer service representative at Bol.

Use your empathy and creativity to surprise customers via chat, email, and telephone.

Answer questions about the status of orders, deliveries, and packages with accuracy and friendliness.

Work together with different departments to find the fastest and most efficient solutions for customer inquiries.
-
Develop strong customer relationships through personal and empathetic interactions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality.
Who are we looking for?

Fluent in Dutch and English.
-
Available for a two-week full-time training.
-
Proactive and motivated colleague who can collaborate well.
-
You can work at least 3 days within the opening hours of Mon to Sat 08:00-21:00 (23:00 for chat&mail).

You are available to work 2 evenings until 23:00 and mornings from 08:00.
