Transformation Consultant

You are a substantively strong change professional who feels comfortable in complex environments and gains energy from working with people and systems.
You have:

• A completed HBO or WO degree;
• At least 3 years of consultancy experience in change management, organizational consulting, or (digital) transformations;
• Demonstrable experience with large-scale change and adoption trajectories;
• In-depth knowledge of change and adoption frameworks (e.g., ADKAR / Prosci or similar certification (such as Prosci, is a plus);
• Affinity with digital transformations, IT programs, and agile environments (experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, DevOps, Lean, and/or Obeya is a plus);
• Strong stakeholder management skills at various levels;
• The ability to oversee complexity and resistance and translate them into concrete actions;
• An entrepreneurial attitude: you help build the team, proposition, and change capability;
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch & English, organizational sensitivity, and empathy.

• A permanent contract and a gross monthly salary between € 3500,- and € 5500,- based on full-time employment (40 hours per week);

As a (Senior) Transformation Consultant , you help organizations not only to design changes but also to ensure they land, work, and stick. You work at the intersection of strategy, execution, and human behavior, ensuring that technological and organizational changes lead to sustainable business‑impact.

This role revolves around content, delivery, and collaboration. You are on the ground yourself, working closely with clients, and acting as a trusted advisor to management and executive boards.

You work on complex transformations at organizations in various sectors, often in a digital or IT‑driven context. Depending on the assignment, you fulfill roles such as change lead, transformation consultant, or adoption lead within larger programs.

Your main responsibilities:

• Designing, executing, and guiding change and adoption strategies within (digital) transformations;
• Ensuring that changes are implemented, embraced, and anchored within the organization;
• Leading change trajectories as part of broader transformation programs;
• Advising leaders and key stakeholders on their role in change and behavioral change;
• Active stakeholder management at multiple levels (from employees to executive boards);
• Integrating the change approach into program and project management;
• Identifying resistance and turning it into engagement and ownership;
• Facilitating workshops and sessions to create support, insight, and action.

Alongside your work with clients:

• You contribute to the development of the Transformation Management proposition;
• You collaborate on proposals, pitches, and quotes;
• You share your knowledge and coach junior consultants within the practice.
