Your new job | About your key responsibilities
In this role, you are the right hand of our Partners and ensure that they can focus fully on their client and advisory work. Partners have diverse responsibilities, which requires flexibility, discretion, and strong organizational skills.

You are the first point of contact for the Partners and support them in all organizational and administrative processes. You work proactively, think along, and ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You are available for (at least) 32-40 hours per week.

You relieve the Partners by providing support, so that they can concentrate on strategic and substantive tasks. You do this by, for example:

• Calendar management & planning: Managing complex calendars, coordinating appointments and meetings.
• Communication, coordination & visibility: Acting as a link between Partners, internal teams, and external relations, including monitoring deadlines. Your role is best realized in the office, where you can switch directly, strengthen relationships, and act as a central hub in the team.
• Process optimization & technology: Thinking along with and initiating improvements in work processes, including the smart use of technology and AI to make the work more efficient.

• We are looking for an enthusiastic Executive Business Support Assistant who connects and takes initiative and can independently expand basic tasks.
• Interest in the secretarial field.
• Hospitality skills.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
• Good command of and curiosity about modern technology.
• Good communication skills, solution-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
• Experience in a proactive role to ensure processes run smoothly.
• At least 2 years or more of relevant work experience.
• A completed MBO or HBO education.
  
  

• A suitable salary for your role and responsibility, depending on experience and qualifications. Plus, a good pension. Good for the future. In addition to your salary, you will also receive holiday allowance and an annual bonus (depending on results and development).
• You will start with a secondment agreement via Randstad. Depending on your work week, this period lasts approximately 4 to 5 months. If the collaboration is successful for both sides, you will transition to a contract with EY.
• A laptop and phone that you may also use privately and a monthly internet allowance.
• 29 days off, to recharge and refuel + the possibility to purchase more days.
• With the mobility budget, you decide how you travel; for example, choose an affordable public transport subscription or easily arrange your transport via our app.
