• You have a University Master's degree in a technical or analytical direction, preferably Technology & Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Technical Business Administration, or a similar field.

• You work at the intersection of technology and e-commerce. Our customers choose from millions of product combinations, which we then process ourselves. From warehousing and logistics to data analysis: we do everything in-house. That makes the work varied and challenging.

• You work intensively with all kinds of internal teams, from our operational departments to the development teams, to arrive at the best solution. All our teams work at the same location in the heart of Groningen, making it easy to drop by colleagues to see if your new design actually delivers an improvement in practice!

• You may also have contact with external partners to ensure a seamless connection to our processes. Think of carriers such as PostNL, providers such as Odido, and payment services such as Adyen.

• This role is dynamic and gives you the opportunity to switch between different projects and focus areas, depending on your interests and the needs of the company. When your interest lies more in the technical area, you can, for example, focus on designing new software. Do you have a passion for optimizing our supply chain? Then you will take on projects that make the entire trajectory - from procurement to delivery to the customer - smarter and more efficient.

• In addition to optimizing existing operational processes, you dare to come up with radically new ideas. You take on full project management: from the first sketch to successful completion.

• Together with colleagues, you determine which projects currently have the most impact and thus receive priority, and which we will pick up at a later moment. In this way, you ensure that we are always working on what provides the most value to the company and our customers.

Signal bottlenecks, optimize processes, and implement solutions within our operational teams

• You are analytically very strong and driven.

• Affinity with webshops, IT, and e-commerce is a plus, but not required.

This role is available to both starters and candidates with work experience. The projects differ in scope, complexity, and responsibilities.
