Internship KPN Experience Store Rotterdam

This is what you will receive from KPN:

• An internship allowance of EUR 600,- (based on 40 hours).

As an intern in our store, you are the face of KPN. You will, among other things:

• Welcome customers and identify their needs
• Advise on subscriptions, packages, and technical possibilities
• Think along about smart solutions for telecom and ICT issues
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide the best service
• Help customers try out the latest products
• With your commitment, you make technology more accessible to everyone!

To be successful in this role, you bring the following:

• You are following an mbo education towards junior account manager, retail manager, or retail specialist
• You are curious, enthusiastic, and enjoy helping people.
• You have an open attitude and dare to ask questions.
• You enjoy working in a team and motivate others.
• You are available from February 2027
