The role

Nice to meet you, we are aaff. One of the larger accountancy and advisory firms in the Netherlands. With nearly 50 offices and about 2,000 colleagues, you get the opportunities of a large organization and the involvement of a local office. At aaff:

Will you become our new working student campus recruitment in Brabant, Zeeland and Limburg?

What you'll do

  • Get the chance to learn recruitment in practice and make a direct impact on the influx of future talent within aaff.

  • You are not just any working student, but a potential co-owner. As soon as you join us in permanent employment, you can invest and share in our profits every year.

  • You will work at a B Corp, an organization that cares about people and a sustainable future.

What will you do as a working student campus recruitment?

As a campus recruiter, you are the link between students, educational institutions, and aaff. You help to make students, interns, and starters enthusiastic about a career within our organization. Together with the recruitment team, you ensure that aaff is visible at schools, events, and job markets in the South region. You maintain contacts with study associations, educational institutions, and students and help organize campus activities.

No two days are the same. One day you might visit an event or give a presentation, the next day you are busy planning activities, approaching candidates, or developing new ideas to strengthen our employer brand.

At aaff, we believe in ownership. You will receive a lot of freedom and responsibility to take initiatives and develop ideas to reach students and starters even better. In this way, you develop campus recruitment within aaff and yourself further.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and selecting interns and starters for various professional fields within aaff.

  • Organizing and coordinating campus activities, events, and company visits.

  • Maintaining contacts with educational institutions, study associations, and students.

  • Thinking along about creative campaigns and actions to make aaff visible among young talent.

  • Supporting labor market campaigns and campus recruitment activities within the South region.

  • Acting as an ambassador for aaff at schools, events, and career fairs.

Your workplace at aaff in Brabant, Zeeland or Limburg

Your base is our office in Tilburg, but as a campus recruiter, you work for the entire South region. This means you collaborate with colleagues, managers, and educational institutions in Brabant, Zeeland, and Limburg. Therefore, where you live within this region does not matter.

You are part of the national recruitment team and work together with colleagues from all over the Netherlands. Within the campus recruitment team, you form a team with a campus coordinator and two working students who focus on the West and Northeast regions. Additionally, you regularly interface with recruiters, managers, directors, and colleagues from labor market communication.

What do we offer you?

💶 Gross hourly wage: from € 18.50 per hour including holiday allowance for a flexible work week of 16 to 24 hours.

💡 Challenging work: a unique opportunity to gain experience in recruitment, employer branding, and campus recruitment.

🏡 Hybrid working: a combination of working at the office, at events, and from home.

🕒 Flexibility: easy to combine with your studies.

💻 Laptop from aaff.

🎉 Social atmosphere: an enthusiastic team, fun events, and plenty of opportunities to get to know colleagues from across the country.

What do you bring?

  • You are following a HBO or WO degree, for example in the direction of HRM, Applied Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, or a similar study.

  • You are social, enthusiastic, and find it easy to approach people.

  • You can work independently and take initiative.

  • You have an interest in recruitment, labor market communication, and employer branding.

  • You are organized and enjoy planning events and activities.

  • In addition to your studies, you are available for 16 to 24 hours per week. You can specify your own availability and are flexible regarding participation in events.
