For the North region, VDK Group is looking for a Senior Recruitment Business Partner who, together with a regional team of three Recruitment Business Partners, wants to provide our companies with (mostly technical) new colleagues, and wants to think strategically about the right recruitment approach and labor market communication. At both company level and regional level.

As Senior Recruitment Business Partner, you are the working foreman/woman of the Northeast regional team. Not only do you manage the recruitment for your own portfolio of VDK companies, but you are also the first point of contact for regional and national management and the board, and you are the one who provides direction and coaching to the fellow recruitment business partners in the region.

• You provide direction and coaching to the regional Recruitment Business Partners for, among other things, the exchange of best practices and experiences.

• Recruitment and selection of (technical) profiles for up to 10 companies within the VDK Group.

• Managing and coordinating external agencies (if necessary).

• Initiating innovative and new recruitment channels.

• Regular consultation with the national VDK recruitment manager and company directors.

• HBO thinking and working level.

• +5 years of work experience as an agency and/or corporate recruiter.

• An initiator in the field of recruitment creativity. 

• Affinity with a technical environment is a major plus.

• Customer-oriented, result-oriented, persuasive, and proactive.

• The will to be entrepreneurial.

• Willingness to travel.

• An availability of 32 to 40 hours per week.
