As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful realization of IT transformation projects for our clients. You guide organizations through the transition to modern Microsoft platforms, including cloud migrations to Microsoft Azure, the implementation of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and the setup of modern workplaces based on Microsoft 365.
Projects vary from complete infrastructure transformations to implementing mobile device management solutions, endpoint security, and identity & access management. In doing so, you work closely with technical consultants, architects, vendors, and client stakeholders to deliver projects within schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
You are responsible for the entire project lifecycle: from the initiation and design phase to migration, implementation, and aftercare. In this role, you will deal with topics such as Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Conditional Access, security baselines, endpoint management, cloud adoption, and the modernization of the digital workplace. These projects often have a major impact on the daily activities of users and therefore require not only tight project control, but also strong stakeholder management and change management.
In short: a challenging role in which you help organizations modernize their IT landscape and make it future-proof, while leading technically complex projects with visible impact on the business.
As an IT Project Manager, you will work on various IT projects that can differ in nature and sometimes run simultaneously. You are responsible for project organization and execution, with room to grow in this role.
You draw up project plans, including objectives, scope, timelines, milestones, and resources, and coordinate these with colleagues and the client;
You coordinate and lead your project team (colleagues, external consultants, and vendors) to realize project goals within time and budget;
You build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at operational and tactical levels and maintain proactive contact with the client;
You identify risks and budget deviations in a timely manner and report on these with supporting evidence to your manager;
You monitor quality standards and information security policies throughout the entire project;
You carefully hand over the project to the Service Delivery organization after completion.
As an IT Project Manager, we offer you the opportunity to realize great projects while you further develop yourself as a professional within a challenging ICT environment. In addition to a challenging work environment, we offer:
A team player who switches smoothly between different projects, clients, and issues, and sees this as an enjoyable challenge;
You are hands-on and proactive, and like to remain involved from start to finish to make a project a success;
A communicative, result-oriented, and socially skilled person who gives and receives feedback with an open mind;
You are driven to meet deadlines and know how to get stakeholders aligned and keep them that way;
You have an eye for quality and are eager to learn how to increasingly master the financial side of projects as well;
You approach projects in a structured, proactive, and planned manner, and dare to make decisions independently;
You feel responsible for the progress of your projects and communicate with colleagues in a timely manner when deviations occur;
You maintain an overview and keep a cool head, even when there are multiple balls in the air at once;
You can switch between operational and tactical levels and grow towards strategic conversations with the client.
