Are you the rock in the storm when something goes wrong, and do you enjoy coaching a colleague just as much as performing a difficult change yourself? As a Cloud Support Specialist, you combine oversight, experience, and customer focus.
In this role, you are the escalation point for the first line and are responsible for technical issues and changes at our client. You work at least 3 days per week from the client location in Doorn.
You resolve complex incidents and issues that the first/second line cannot handle, and you perform (non-)standard changes;
You provide technical guidance to your colleague, the Cloud Support Engineer, and step in on tasks when necessary;
You are, just like your colleague, responsible for installations, configurations, malfunctions, and preventive maintenance of the IT infrastructure on-site;
You advise customers and suppliers on technical issues and translate their wishes into concrete solutions;
You switch effortlessly between more complex management tasks and simpler support work. Exactly what is needed in a compact team;
You monitor the overview of outstanding requests and coordinate progress with your colleagues within Korton.
Do you already see yourself switching between the client and your Korton colleagues, and maintaining oversight when things get intense? Then we would love to meet you!
