Working on AI for just one client or in one process is nice. Ensuring that it runs securely, reliably, and reusably throughout the entire organization—that is your job. As an AI Platform Engineer, you build the technical foundation under Korton's AI solutions. In this way, you contribute directly to NEXT AI, the internal project in which we are building our own AI platform.

You work in the Platform team, together with the AI Engineer. You build generically; the AI Engineer makes it work locally. Also outside of AI, you advise on technical standards within Korton, in coordination with the IT Architect.

The focus of your role lies with the shared AI platform. Your activities include:

• You develop and manage the central agent runtime, orchestration, and integration architecture;

• You design reusable standards for API, MCP, and A2A integrations;

• You manage the central Git repositories and configure version control, test environments, CI/CD, releases, and rollbacks;

• You ensure security and control with tenant isolation, RBAC, secrets management, logging, observability, and evals;

• You translate local needs from departments into generic platform capabilities and advise on what can be central and what can be local;

• You coach the AI Engineer and share your knowledge with your Korton colleagues.
