As an IT Architect at Korton, you are the connecting factor between technology, processes, and people. You design, test, and advise on future-proof IT infrastructures, always reasoning from the big picture and the long term. As a bridge builder and storyteller, you ensure that customers and colleagues follow your vision effortlessly, from management to technical specialists.

With your technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities, you help customers and colleagues with strategic advice and implementations. You use familiar frameworks and methodologies to translate business goals into clear frameworks, roadmaps, and standards, while continuously maintaining an eye for the dynamics between people, processes, and technology.

• Designing and realizing future-proof IT solutions that align with customer needs;

• Analyzing complex functional and technical issues and translating these into clear, pragmatic solutions;

• Providing direction to portfolio development and translating business goals into technical frameworks and standards;

• Proactively identifying and developing improvements and innovations for customers and within Korton's services;

• Bringing colleagues and customers along in technological developments and change processes, using understandable language and at the right time;

• Collaborating with sales, project managers, and customer teams to implement solutions optimally;

• Working as a technical lead or in a directing and QA role during implementations, and guiding the handover to colleagues;

• Acting as a trendsetter by following the latest developments and advising management, colleagues, and customers about them.

The Korton teams are organized by customer groups and work closely with the platform team, which develops standards and facilitates handovers to customer teams. The atmosphere within the platform team, of which you will be a part, is hands-on and self-starting: there is plenty of room to contribute and help build the development of the organization.
