Mid-level Project Manager

• Demonstrable experience with (ICT) project management in dynamic organizations

• Knowledge of and experience with various project management methods such as Prince2, Prince2 Agile, AgilePM, PMBOK, IPMA, etc.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience as an (ICT) Project Manager.

• Experience in promoting and professionalizing project management is a plus

• Demonstrable track record with various ICT and business projects

• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written

• A salary between €5000 and €6000 gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on experience and background. This is not an absolute range, but a good indication;

As a Project Manager, you are the connecting factor between strategy and execution. You independently lead projects from initiation to delivery and, together with colleagues, ensure that ideas are actually realized. Think of implementations, system integrations, process improvements, and sub-projects within broader change trajectories.

You work at the intersection of business and IT and have a direct influence on how healthcare organizations can work more efficiently and intelligently. Concrete plans with visible results that truly benefit both the organization and its customers.

You start your day with a cup of coffee and a short chat with your fellow project managers. Catching up, having a laugh, and going through your email. After that, you quickly dive into the content: a meeting with the steering group of a development project is on the schedule. You present the progress, discuss risks and points of attention, and ensure that actions and decisions are clearly recorded. Back at your desk, you work out several actions and coordinate via email and short calls with stakeholders. Not long after, you discuss the approach of a new initiative with a Product Owner and your project team. You help make the request concrete and translate it into a feasible project approach.

After a nice lunch, you take a walk, play a game of table tennis, or step into the racing simulator with colleagues. After that, it is time to switch gears again: together with your project team, you work on a connection between the Vertimart practice software package, which runs at dentists, and Infomedics for the benefit of the billing process. You maintain an overview, help solve bottlenecks, and ensure that the team keeps moving forward.

At the end of the day, you clear some more emails, check your schedule for tomorrow, and close down. Ready for another day full of dynamics, collaboration, and results.
