Are you that independent .NET Developer who gets energy from full ownership of a single product? For QBridge - our software solution within dental technology - we are looking for someone to take the product to a higher level technically, functionally, and qualitatively. Due to the departure of the current developer, you will take full control of the helm: you determine the course, the planning, the quality, and the further development. A unique role for someone who loves responsibility and finds peace in overview, structure, and ownership.

As a .NET Developer, you are responsible for maintaining, modernizing, and further developing QBridge. You work independently, without a Product Owner, and gather input yourself from stakeholders. You are the technical engine behind this product and ensure that QBridge remains stable, secure, and future-proof.

• Maintaining, improving, and expanding QBridge (VB.NET + C#).

• Analyzing existing code, solving bugs, and performing refactoring.

• Building new functionalities based on customer and chain needs.

• Optimizing performance, stability, and security of the product.

• Maintaining and developing connections with dental technology labs, Exquise NG, and external systems.

• Working with web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and file exchanges.

• Ensuring QBridge remains up-to-date with technological and process-related developments.

• Independently gathering requirements from internal stakeholders.

• Determining priorities, creating planning, and managing your own backlog.

• Advising on technical choices and future-proofing.

• Writing and managing technical documentation.

• Performing tests, regression tests, and quality controls.

• Preparing, testing, and rolling out releases.

• Safeguarding knowledge for continuity and transferability.

• Thinking along about future architecture (API-first, cloud-ready).

• Identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in the codebase.

• Making proposals for innovation within the dental technology domain.

• A salary between € 5,100.00 - € 5,900.00 gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on experience and background. This is not an absolute range, but a good indication.

• .NET Framework, VB.NET, and C#.

• SQL Server (queries, procedures, optimization).

• Desktop development (WinForms/WPF or similar).

• Debugging, refactoring, and software architecture knowledge.

• Experience with Git.

• HBO Computer Science or comparable working and thinking level.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a .NET Developer.

• Experience with independent management of software products.

• Experience with legacy and modern .NET techniques.

• Plus: experience in medical software or dental technology.
