For various clients, both nationally and internationally, you proactively translate customer issues into effective solutions. As a result-oriented Senior Process Consultant with a focus on Digital Process Transformation, this is where your strength lies.

With your passion for data, process management, and change, you are dedicated to helping customers and exceeding their expectations. As an independent organizational advisor, you know how to translate the voice of the customer into a tightly and efficiently designed process organization. You strive to get the best out of yourself and have a clear vision of our field, which you enjoy sharing. You do this by writing blogs or whitepapers, giving presentations, and providing training.

• In your role as a consultant, you discuss customer issues and expectations and translate these into efficient and innovative solutions;

• You translate strategy into well-designed processes through digitalization;

• You create an optimal digital process environment for various organizations;

• You translate data into processes and implement improvements to realize organizational objectives;

• You ensure transparency and sustainability in process management;

• You encourage employees to actively contribute to process-oriented working and customer satisfaction;

• You contribute to the continuous development of MLC as the leading agency in the field of Digital Process Transformation.

You are social, result-oriented, and a good listener, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely. You have strong presentation skills and the ambition to be in the spotlight. Additionally, you are analytical, tactical, and commercially strong, allowing you to assess situations quickly. Furthermore, you have:

• Completed a HBO diploma or academic degree. Think of (Technical) Business Administration and Organizational Sciences;

• Approximately 5 to 10 years of work experience in a process-related work environment;

• Thorough knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Lean/ Six Sigma, Business Process Management, and customer journeys;

• Knowledge and experience in the field of agile working;

• A strong sense of and affinity with the digital transition that offers new opportunities to our field;

• Possession of a growing and current network and you enjoy making a contribution on a commercial level.

Approximately 60 'process thinkers' work at MLC. As a consultant, you work in teams with varying compositions for leading clients in various industries. Our clients range from housing associations and government institutions to business service providers such as banks, insurers, and energy companies.

You often work together with our clients on multiple projects simultaneously, which means you are usually found on-site at the client to make projects a success.
