Senior Salesforce Consultant

• A completed, preferably technical, HBO/WO degree.

• 5+ years of relevant experience implementing Salesforce solutions from a consultancy role.

• A track record of delivering top results; on time and within budget.

• The ability to weigh business and technical requirements in order to produce project plans and estimates.

• The ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

• A healthy sense of humor.

• Demonstrable affinity with and knowledge of AI capabilities within Salesforce, and the ambition to be a leader in this field.

• You see AI as an opportunity to make yourself and your team work smarter and more efficiently, and you take the lead in this towards clients and colleagues.

• A good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.

About the position:
At Intigris, you work with the smartest Salesforce consultants and have a direct impact on the success of our organization. In your role as Senior Consultant, you are often ultimately responsible for the projects you work on and are involved with new clients from day one. You regularly have contact with the owners of many SMEs, which means you operate at a high level immediately. Because our projects are relatively short, you work on multiple projects simultaneously every week. This means a lot of variety and a lightning-fast learning curve. Are you ready for this challenge? What you will do with us

• You are ultimately responsible for the end-to-end execution of client projects in which you, if requested, are also personally involved in the content.

• In the projects, you are responsible for monitoring the schedule and the budget and you adjust in a timely manner if necessary.

• You work closely with your client as a partner and continue to expand the relationship. You see opportunities with both existing and new clients and know how to translate this into new projects.

• You manage various project teams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure that you and your colleagues continue to develop within our profession and as consultants, including in the field of AI applications within Salesforce.

• You contribute to the improvement of our processes and working methods, for example through standardization, setting up processes, or securing or sharing knowledge via knowledge sessions.

• You are the lead for AI-driven Salesforce solutions at clients: you recognize opportunities, advise on them, and ensure that AI becomes a permanent part of the way your team works.
