Your profile:
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a business or IT-related field
• A Salesforce Admin certification or strong CRM experience with, for example, SAP, Microsoft, or Siebel
• Strong analytical and pragmatic skills

The role
Brightfox builds solutions that eliminate real business problems by combining Salesforce with additional apps. Think of tools that automate processes, centralize data, and allow teams to collaborate smarter. For example, they developed an application for a real estate client that calculates accurate returns with a single click.
What you'll do
You optimize business processes by automating them in Salesforce. You analyze your client's pain points, translate them into a clear Statement of Work, and convert this into a functional configuration. You work closely with architects and developers, facilitate workshops, and guide the client from start to delivery.
Your tasks include:
• Managing Salesforce implementations and translating business problems into solutions
• Facilitating workshops, both remote and on-site
• Designing and configuring Salesforce without coding
• Collaborating with developers for custom functionalities
• Managing client expectations to ensure projects are successfully completed
• Working in an agile environment with short iterations
