• A salary of €2,600 gross per month on a full-time basis plus an extra monthly bonus of €200 based on team performance and personal performance; this bonus is guaranteed for the first quarter!

In the position of Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for the correct and efficient handling of inquiries from customers of Hostnet, Antagonist, and one.com. In this role, you are an important ambassador for our brands. This includes a customer-friendly, active attitude. You always go that extra mile to help the customer further.

And we help you with that: with the help of coaching and regular training sessions, you will develop your skills and ICT knowledge. In this position, there is plenty of room for self-development.

• You answer general, administrative, and technical customer inquiries from customers of Hostnet, Antagonist, and one.com via email and telephone;

• You advise customers on products that best suit their situation;

• You identify and report possible (technical) improvements within our products;

• You troubleshoot technical problems regarding, among other things, web hosting, email, and DNS;

• In collaboration with other departments within group.one Netherlands, you guarantee an excellent customer experience;

• During the first month, you will be fully trained on the basic principles. After that, you will receive on-the-job training, and once you have mastered the basics, there is room to learn new things.

• We work with a hybrid system, which means working at least 50% from the office;

You are available full-time;

The first few months are very important for the induction process; during this period, you will work at the office. After that, working from home is also possible; It is a temporary employment contract, with a view to a permanent contract.
