What are you going to do?
In the position of customer service representative, you are the very first point of contact for our customers. You ensure that our customers' questions are answered, schedule an appointment at one of our locations where necessary, and ensure that the workshop is informed of the status. In short, you manage the mailbox, handle telephone calls with the customer, and ensure well-coordinated planning with your colleagues in the workshop. Partly thanks to your customer-oriented service, you ensure a smooth process and a smile from the customer!

You have a service-oriented work attitude, you work in a structured manner, and you can handle the broad range of tasks assigned to you. In this position, it is important that you are a true multitasker and stress-resistant, because it is a role where you absolutely do not have to sit still. In addition to these skills, you possess an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
