• At least five years of experience in a growth marketing position or similar role, preferably in an online or tech environment.

• Demonstrable affinity with hosting and VPS; you understand the technical target group and speak their language.

• You are a go-getter: you don't wait around but ensure that things happen.

• Strongly analytical and result-oriented; you substantiate choices with figures rather than gut feeling.

• Experience with setting up and evaluating experiments to accelerate growth.

• You collaborate easily with different disciplines within the team.

• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

What you'll get

A salary of € 4,200 to € 4,600 based on 40 hours;

The role

Group.one Benelux has major growth plans. Will you help us make those ambitions a reality?

Group.one Benelux is going to grow significantly in the coming period, and you will ensure that this actually happens. As a Growth Marketeer, you will execute the growth plans: you set up campaigns and experiments, track progress, and take initiative in whatever is necessary to achieve results. You will have the team behind you, but the execution is up to you.

What you'll do

• You execute the growth plans for group.one Benelux, together with the brand team and the portfolio team.

• You immediately seize opportunities in acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion and turn them into action.

• You set up experiments, measure the results, and scale up what works.

• You translate what a technical target group needs, such as hosting and VPS, into concrete campaigns and actions.

• You work together with product, portfolio management, and the other brands of group.one to truly get things done.

• You track progress yourself, identify bottlenecks and solve them, and report briefly and clearly on the results.

How you'll work

Flexible working hours: you decide for yourself what time you start your day, between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM;
We work with a hybrid system, which means working at least 50% from the office;
