Customer Service Warehouse Clerk

As a Customer Service Warehouse Clerk, you are the fixed point of contact for your customers. You ensure that orders are processed correctly, goods are delivered on time, and customers always know where they stand. In doing so, you work closely with colleagues in the warehouse, transport planners, and other internal stakeholders.

• You monitor the entire order process, from order entry through to delivery to the customer.

• You maintain daily contact with customers, transport planners, and warehouse colleagues to ensure a smooth logistical process.

• You accurately process orders, administrative data, and customer agreements in our systems.

• You track transports and lead times and proactively inform customers about the progress of their orders.

• You analyze deviations or bottlenecks and ensure a suitable solution for both the customer and the operation.

• You manage your own customer portfolio and build sustainable relationships through personal service and reliability.

• You possess an MBO 4 level of working and thinking.

• You have experience in a logistical, warehouse, or transport environment, or have a demonstrable affinity with logistical processes.

• You have experience with order processing, administrative processes, or customer management.

• Knowledge of WMS systems, transport planning, or logistical processes is a plus.

• You understand that good service goes beyond just customer contact and you enjoy guiding processes from start to finish.

• You communicate easily with customers and colleagues at different levels.

• You take responsibility and actively keep stakeholders informed of developments.

• You work in a structured manner and can prioritize well when multiple matters are occurring simultaneously.

• You think in solutions and like to investigate how processes can be smarter or better.

• You enjoy working together and contribute to a positive and professional working atmosphere.
