• Salary in accordance with the CAO Mental Health Care, job group 65: €5,294 to €6,918 gross per month based on 36 hours. Amounts as of July 1, 2026. Scaling depends on your BIG registration and your professional profile.
• 8.33% holiday allowance, 8.33% year-end bonus, and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 44% at night, 38% to 49% on Saturday, and 60% on Sunday and public holidays. A Sunday shift therefore yields up to €58.50 per hour.
• Your BHV (Emergency Response), administering medication, and aggression regulation are free of charge, provided by GOED.academy.

Do you want to take charge of your own treatment trajectories, without the organization determining your schedule?

You will be working within a specialized clinical setting for children and adolescents with psychiatric problems. Within the clinic, clients receive intensive treatment and guidance in a safe and structured environment. In doing so, attention is paid not only to the psychiatric problems, but also to the development of the child or adolescent and the influence of the family and the environment.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary treatment team in which various practitioners and healthcare professionals work closely together. As a lead practitioner, you have a central role in this and ensure coherence and direction within the treatment trajectory. The goal is to provide high-quality and appropriate care while simultaneously ensuring the continuity of treatment for children and adolescents.

• Taking charge of treatment trajectories for children and adolescents.
• Carrying out and coordinating diagnostics and treatment.
• Drafting, monitoring, and evaluating treatment plans.
• Collaborating and coordinating with the multidisciplinary team and other stakeholders.
• Monitoring the quality and continuity of care and contributing to the development of the treatment policy.

This assignment lasts at least four months with the possibility of extension, 18 to 32 hours per week, at one location in Barendrecht. The start is as soon as possible. You will become part of the treatment team.
