The role
What you will do
Do you want a permanent position and a permanent team, with the certainty of a good employer?
That is possible, and your irregularity allowance continues as usual. A weekend shift yields up to €37.89 per hour.
This assignment runs for a longer period, 32 hours per week, at one location in Heemskerk. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant re-onboarding.
You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.
It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.
The activities take place within a residential facility for young people and adults with an intellectual disability and complex support needs. The residents vary in age and have diverse care needs, including autism, behavioral issues, and syndrome-related issues. The developmental age of the clients is often significantly lower than their chronological age, meaning guidance is tailored to their perception of the world and their needs. Safety, predictability, and personal attention are central. You will work in a dedicated team that collectively ensures continuity, structure, and quality of care.
As a guide, you are responsible for creating a safe, structured, and predictable living environment. The duties include, among others:
- Providing daily guidance and support to clients
- Providing structure and clarity in the daily program
- Identifying tensions and behavioral changes and reacting to them adequately
- Employing de-escalating techniques where necessary
- Guiding clients in daily activities and development-oriented goals
- Collaborating with colleagues, relatives, and other involved disciplines
- Contributing to a stable living environment in which clients can develop at their own pace
You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.
You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.
What you earn
- Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
- 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.
