You are BIG registered as a gz-psychologist or psychotherapist.
Preferably, you have experience with the target groups of the clinics and the FACT team
As a GZ psychologist at the outpatient clinics and in the FACT team at the Amstelmere location in Amstelveen, you will work together with Clinical psychologists, GZ-psychologists, basic psychologists, and psychiatrists within multidisciplinary teams to provide the best possible care for our clients.
Do you want to work within innovative teams where every single person is an expert in their field? Do you love working in teams where an open-door policy is standard, so you are never standing alone? Then respond to this vacancy!
Within this position, you will work at the Anxiety and Depression outpatient clinic and/or the Personality Disorders outpatient clinic and within the FACT team at the Amstelveen location. Depending on your wishes and preferences, you will receive a combined appointment within these teams.
The personality disorders outpatient clinic offers treatment for a wide range of personality disorders, often accompanied by trauma-related issues. The treatment offering at the personality disorders outpatient clinic consists of schema therapy (both in group settings and individually), emotion regulation training, and trauma-oriented treatments. This offering will be further expanded in the future.
The Anxiety and Depression outpatient clinic offers specialized treatment to people with anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, PTSD, and depressions. The Anxiety & Depression outpatient clinic consists of a team including, among others, a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, GZ-psychologists, psychologists, SPV, trajectory coordinator, nurse practitioner, psychiatrists, and various trainees (including PioG, GioS, AioS).
The FACT team treats adults with a severe psychiatric disorder (EPA) and support needs in various areas of life, such as living, working, meaning, health, finances, and social contacts. In the FACT team, work is carried out according to the F-ACT method: an intensive form of outpatient, community-based treatment from a recovery-oriented perspective by various people working together in one team. In this, active search is always made for collaboration with the client, their loved ones, and chain partners. Our starting point remains to find connection with the goals and wishes of the client. Within FACT, work is done in a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, gz-psychologists, medical doctors, outpatient nurses/coordinators, social workers, ips-jobcoaches, and trajectory coordinators. The team has short lines of communication with chain partners and colleagues from other departments within GGZ inGeest. Treatment takes place at our Amstelmere location, but where necessary, the GZ-psychologist also works outreachend in the home situation. No two days are the same: the combination of diagnostics, treatment, outreachend work, and multidisciplinary collaboration makes the work challenging and varied.
Trauma treatments are provided in the form of EMDR, IMRS, and IE. This can be weekly outpatient, but also in carousel form: an intensive treatment where clients visit multiple times per week for treatment.
The personality disorders outpatient clinic is a small and close-knit team, in which we consult with each other in an accessible way. We are used to having our doors open when we have no clients, so you can easily walk in on each other. As a GZ-psychologist at the personality disorders outpatient clinic, you will participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and treatment plan discussions.
The Anxiety and Depression outpatient clinic is a warm team in which we consult with each other in an accessible way. You will perform intakes, draw up treatment plans, and ensure their execution. Additionally, you will carry out individual and group-oriented (partial) treatments, aimed at bringing about changes in the cognitions, psychological experiences, and behavior of the clients.
At Amstelmere, we have multiple FACT teams. The teams are multidisciplinary in nature and work intensively together based on their own expertise. Because the teams sit near each other in the hallway, there is accessible and collegial contact within the teams and between the teams, and colleagues jump in when necessary. Additionally, there is also room for socializing. The FACT working method provides plenty of room for managing your own schedule, and through outreachend work, you will also regularly see clients in their home situation.
Our client population is diverse. Age, (cultural) background, and social circumstances vary greatly, meaning every client requires a different approach. As a team, we find it important to offer tailored care and are used to thinking out of the box.
Treatment takes place within a multidisciplinary framework, in which the various disciplines work closely together. We want to deliver the best care to our clients, and there is still much room for the development of appropriate psychotherapeutic interventions for clients.
You will get the opportunity to apply for the internal vacancy for the training to become a clinical psychologist.
The position is scaled according to the CAO GGZ: FWG 65 (GZ-psychologist).
We offer you an indefinite employment contract with a 2-month probationary period.
Our secondary employment conditions are excellent.
At GGZ inGeest, we support you in your development, whether it concerns deepening expertise, learning new skills, or increasing digital knowledge.
