With us, the standard work week is 40 hours. For this, you accrue 2 ADV hours per week. For this, you can choose time (13 days p/y) or money (7.5% supplement on your gross monthly salary). You choose what suits you best!

As a working foreman of the Parts Support Sales Team, you are the point of contact for both your team and our customers. You ensure that the warehouse is well organized and that the parts inventory is managed efficiently. You coordinate the work of your team, which consists of the commercial inside sales, warehouse employees, and line service bus drivers. Additionally, you play an active role in the parts sales process. You report directly to the Parts Manager Netherlands and help to achieve sales goals.
You lead the Parts Support Team, which consists of the commercial inside sales, warehouse employees, and drivers, and ensure good cooperation and task distribution.
You actively participate in the sale of parts to customers, advising them and supporting them with sales opportunities.
You ensure that parts are delivered on time and efficiently via the four line service buses.
You manage the warehouse, including the receipt, storage, inventory management, and distribution of parts, so that everything runs smoothly.
You think proactively about customer needs and offer suitable solutions to support the sales process.
You report to the Parts Manager Netherlands regarding your team's performance, inventory status, and sales opportunities.
You work on developing processes that further improve the sale and delivery of parts.
You ensure good communication between the warehouse, inside sales, and outside sales, so that everyone is on the same page.
You monitor compliance with safety and quality standards and motivate your team to maintain these standards.
MBO+ work and thinking level towards logistics and/or automotive
