• The salary for this position is the gross guaranteed wage according to function group D*: € 3,628 per 4-week period (based on 40 hours).

• In addition, you can count on a performance bonus per period, depending on your work experience.

• In addition to your salary, there is a fixed amount for a Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (4.51% according to CAO Bouw & Infra).

• 43 leave days according to the Cao Bouw & Infra. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

As a foreman, you are responsible for the daily management and execution of Carpentry for complex new construction, renovation, and transformation projects for residential and utility construction in Central Netherlands. You monitor processes and maintain contacts with subcontractors and suppliers. You act as a crew leader and are the right hand of the site manager.

Early in the morning, you kick things off at 7 AM with a kick-off meeting in the site office. In collaboration with the site manager, you consult about required equipment and materials and discuss the progress of the residential or utility construction project. You instruct and guide the carpenters. Who is working on what, and is everyone adhering to the set quality requirements and safety regulations? Just some of the matters for which you are the first point of contact.

You will therefore manage a team of several employees, but you will also work on the various projects yourself. Together with the team, you ensure that our maintenance, renovation, and transformation projects are successfully completed within the set requirements and deadlines.

• At least MBO level of work and thinking, supplemented by a completed technical education.

• You are someone who remains calm within a hectic environment and holds safety in high regard.

• You have a demonstrable passion for the carpentry field.

• Proficiency in the Dutch language.

• In accordance with the CAO Bouw & Infra, a medical examination may be part of the application procedure. For this position, the examination is mandatory if you are starting work in construction and infra for the first time, or if you have not worked as an employee in construction and infra in the past 3 years AND an entry examination has not previously taken place for the same or a similar position for which you are applying.
