At Royal van Lent Shipyards on the Kaag, we build unique superyachts of 70 to 100 meters. From beginning to end, exactly as the customer desires. These yachts are characterized by innovation, beauty, and reliability.

As a Technical Services Employee, you are an indispensable link within our shipyard. You help ensure that buildings, installations, and machines remain safe, reliable, and in top condition. You perform preventive maintenance, resolve malfunctions, implement new technical installations, and carry out NEN 3140 inspections.

Additionally, you play an important role in the construction of our superyachts. You ensure safe and reliable temporary power supplies and lighting installations on board, so that all professionals can perform their work optimally.

You work independently, receive a lot of responsibility, and actively think along about technical improvements and smart solutions. No two days are the same: one time you are busy with a malfunction in a building installation, the next time you are implementing a new facility in the workshop or on board a yacht.

• Salary: A salary of €3,200 and a maximum of €4,600 gross per month.
• Stable future: A one-year contract with a view to permanent employment.
• Generous days off: For full-time employment, you receive no less than 40 days off per year (27 vacation days + 13 ADV days).
• Attractive extras: In addition to 8% holiday allowance, you receive a guaranteed supplement of 2.75% until 2027.
