• Minimum MBO work and thinking level;

• Concrete Specialist 1 and 2;

• You possess a forklift and lifting certificate;

• Leadership experience and it is also handy if you understand Frisian!

As an Assistant Foreman in our production hall, you are the pivot that keeps everything running. You lead the team and, in consultation with the production manager, you optimize personnel staffing. Thanks to your keen eye for quality, you quickly notice deviations in our products and discuss these with your colleagues to implement improvements. Safety is your top priority, and you emphasize this regularly during toolbox meetings with your team.
