Are you that meticulous Energy Data Analyst who wants to further make the Netherlands sustainable together with us and loves to unravel data puzzles? Then we are looking for you!
As a Junior Energy Data Analyst, you will be part of the Operational Data Management (ODM) Team. This department manages and processes a wide range of data. Think of data regarding energy consumption, the deployment of assets (such as smart meters and delivery sets), tariffs, and outage reports. From this, we create information with end products such as invoices, consumption cost overviews, and analyses. We do this for all our customers (over 1,250 large corporate and 90,000 residential) and various departments within Ennatuurlijk. The processes we manage are (not yet) a matter of a single button press. Everyone rolls up their sleeves for this, processes and analyzes any failures, and ensures that we continuously improve. By doing this well, we provide customers with clear, reliable insights and build the foundation of a future-proof, data-driven organization.
Collecting and validating data to populate the complex billing models of our business customers;
Monitoring the completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of energy data and billing for our business customers;
Handling and analyzing (complex and sometimes also technical) customer cases - such as deviating consumption patterns;
Analyzing data and processes, searching for process optimization and implementing these;
Liaising with our Digital department regarding incidents and improvement initiatives;
Creating and using PowerBI reports and/or Power Automate flows that support your (improvement) work.
You thrive in an organization where you are given the space to take responsibility and utilize your talents. We would love to welcome you into a team of 30 colleagues, including 5 (working) students, where you will work closely with another B2B colleague in our team.
