Identifying trends, testing hypotheses, and supporting the editorial team in achieving strategic objectives, including OKRs.
Training the editorial team in the use of tooling and encouraging them to use dashboards and self-service tools independently.
Working together within the ADR cluster team (AD + regional titles, including De Stentor) of Editorial Insights & Growth, sharing methodologies, drawing up local action plans, and supporting projects across multiple newsrooms.
