Junior Maintenance Coördinator

As a Junior Maintenance Coördinator, you will support the technical maintenance of Ennatuurlijk's largest and most complex heat network: the Midden- and West-Brabant heat network. This network supplies heat to thousands of households and businesses in Tilburg, Breda, and Geertruidenberg. You will learn how to prevent malfunctions, improve performance, and properly prepare and supervise activities. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and will be given plenty of room to grow in independence and responsibility. In this junior role, you will get the chance to learn the trade. You will be involved in:

• Supporting the (supervision of) execution of preventive and corrective technical maintenance;

• Monitoring installation performance and identifying opportunities for improvement;

• Preparing activities in consultation with internal and external partners;

• Observing experienced colleagues when managing and supervising contractors;

• Ensuring correct administrative handling of maintenance and malfunctions;

• Eventually participating in the on-call and malfunction service (with good guidance);

• Providing input for reports, maintenance plans, and budgets.

You will start with guidance and build up your knowledge, experience, and independence step by step.

We are looking for a driven junior with a high sense of responsibility who holds an MBO/HBO diploma and is trained in the direction of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Measurement and Control Technology. Furthermore, you bring:

• Interest in energy technology, heat networks, and maintenance processes;

• A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude and enjoyment in collaborating;

• A valid driver's license B;

• A good technical foundation and the willingness to further deepen this knowledge;

• Good communication skills;

• Residing in (or willing to travel within) the service area;

• The willingness to obtain necessary certificates such as Stipel NEN 3140 and 3840, which we are happy to help you with.

Experience in the energy sector is a plus but not a must. We find your motivation and willingness to learn to be at least as important.
